Need customer support - where is this direct message button on forums?? [Edited]
As everyone is saying, xfinity [Edited: "Language"] and has no customer support live. I have been trying to reach since hours. Finally saw a post here to start a DM by clicking on pencil icon? Where is it? Its not on my forums page when i sign it. They are jacking up my bill without any prior notice. Xfinity you are really annoying. [Edited: All Caps]
