Need Corporate Contact representative

On May 18 my service was disconnected.  I reached to try and contact financial services to make arrangements due to being a forced retired Federal Employee waiting on the retirement check to be processed from OPM.

Well 1st the customer service representative lied and told me to call back yesterday to wait for the system to update as service was just turned off before he could try and do anything.

I called back yesterday and another representative said there is no financial services department anymore everything is automated now in the system and the other customer service rep lied just to get rid of me to go to the next customer.

So I called back and got another customer service representative and told me that in order for me to get services back I would have to pay past due balance.

As I had explained as a forced retired federal employee we are waiting on a backlogged OPM to process over 60000 applications and being a veteran and 22 year customer that had to file bankruptcy it should have never been turned off anyhow.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
