need collection department number the number given was 8777988914 , it is incorrect and i need to get refund.

i was charged incorrectly even though the services were disconnected . The services were disconnected in Aug 2024 but i was started charging back on Dev 2024 till Mat 2026. i Need the refund for the services not used but charged.
