Need clarification on $85.90 bill after new $65 internet and $0 mobile plan
I recently changed both my Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile services, and I’m trying to make sure my upcoming bill reflects the agreement I made.
My understanding of my current services is:
Home internet: $65/month
Xfinity Mobile service: $0/month for the first year
Phone/device protection: $15/month
My phone is already paid off, so there should be no device installment charge
However, my account still shows an older automatic payment of $85.90 scheduled for October 13. I believe that bill was generated before the most recent changes to my internet and mobile plans.
Could an Xfinity representative please review the account and confirm:
My current monthly internet charge after all discounts.
That my mobile service is $0/month for the first year.
What the $15/month protection charge is officially called and what it covers.
Whether Xfinity Mobile Care Plus is that $15 charge or is included separately.
Any taxes, fees, or other recurring charges.
The actual amount that will be charged on October 13.
Whether the existing $85.90 bill will be adjusted or credited based on the newer agreement.
I’m mainly looking for a clear line-by-line explanation of what my recurring monthly total should now be.

Hello @user_h910px whenever you change plans in the middle of a billing cycle you will see pro-rated charges and credits on your next bill. Your billing statement will have a "Billing Date" at the top that confirms when your next bill will generate. Your Xfinity Mobile bill and your bill for Xfinity residential services will always be separate. We can review everything in detail if you can send a direct message that includes your name and service address. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
