Need Billing Support

I added mobile service to my internet service, and there have been several problems. 

1) to get the mobile service added, I was REQUIRED to sign up for automatic payments, but only the mobile payments were taken automatically, and no payments for internet have been taken!
Now I have late fees and a disconnection notice for my internet service! When I signed up for automatic payments, it was supposed to cover both services. 

2) I was using wifi and for one reason or another, it charged me for mobile service, However it happened, there was no notification that I was at my limit and would be charged an overage.

If I was sent a bill this would have never happened. I did not sign up for automatic payments to write you a blank check for any amount you want. It should be a set amount every month. Not variable.
I want the overage charges reversed and the late fees removed please.
