Need bill assistance asap
I am supposed to be on a balanced billing plan , that adds 50 dollars to each bill however , we moved to a new address and instead of getting the pan I agreed to I got an enomourous first bill at my new address had to pay almost 900 dollars to restore service although I was assured that this would not happen but it did and on my bill at my address it just says payment 0 of 12 with still no resolution after speaking to several agents that assured me I was on a payment plan and not to worry .. I’m very mad and can’t get anyone to help me …
