Need assistance, I setup an agreement to have my services paid off this

I had a payment agrrement set for this wednesday but for some reason its stating until the 27th i have the chat transcript with the agent i spoke with on the 19th, i jus twant to make sure my services don't get cut off.

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
