Need assistance changing my plan as current promotion expires soon 6/2024

I want to keep my current TV plan and Internet, but drop the Voice and I only need one TV Box instead of two.  What will my monthly bill be with these changes? Can someone help me with this?

@mlw117 Thank you so much for your post for help with pricing information on some changes you would like to make. To start some promotions have the Xfinity voice services bundled in with the other services. In those cases, you would need to select a new promotion that does not include the voice services. Some customers do have voice services as an add-on/Standalone feature. This would be removable without making changes to your other services/promotions including the internet and TV. You can get a better idea on what option you have and the potential savings you would get by checking out your PDF bill. The PDF bill does break down equipment cost per box as well as in the plan description would let you know if the voice services are bundled or standalone. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill This link will show you where to view the full PDF bill.

I have looked at my recent bill. I cannot tell what a discount would be with only tv and internet.  I cannot find any promotions when searching the Xfinity site.  Very frustrating.

We apologize for any frustration. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can look to see what promotions we have available for TV & internet.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
