Need archived 2022-2023 statement PDFs from previous address for residency verification.
Hello, I need assistance from an Official Employee to retrieve my historical monthly statement PDFs from 2022 and 2023. These are for a critical residency verification process, so they must be the full original bill layouts showing my previous service address block. The frontline phone support team was unable to access these deeper archives, so I am posting here to request a corporate agent send them to my email on file. Thank you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
