Name change on billing statement

My friend has left the US made me as a primary user of the Xfinity account. The account section and email are all in my name however my friend's name is still being displayed on the bill. How can I change the bill to have my name on it?

user_lbqaxi Are you still in touch with the account holder? We can put in a request to change the name on the account, but it will require sending in documents from both you and the account holder to get completed for security reasons. Normally we just say both parties go into a store, but as they are out of the US this option would be your best option.
