Name change in my bill

Our bill is currently under my sibling's name (although we're living together and I've been paying for it). My company will re-imburse it if it's under my name, so I want to change the name that appears on the bill. Can you help me with the process?

I hope you are having a wonderful start to your week and our team can definitely assist with changing the name on the account. We will need to get a ticket submitted to get the proper documentation over to you to fill out. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
