Name added to account

Hey, I have moved to a new place and my the WiFi is on my friends name and my name was added to the account. I would like to use it as an adress proof but I don’t see my name in the billing. What do I need to do to have my name in the bill so that I can use this as an adress proof?

Hello user_ikh8xc! Thanks for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums for help with receiving the statement in your name. With paperless everything it has become rather difficult to obtain a physical proof of address. I'm sorry that the system did not update as you were hoping. Unfortunately while you may have been added to the account as a member or manager of the account, the statement will still only list the account holder. We are only able to have one account holder listed, however we can add you as a responsible party to the account. Do you know if your friend added you to the account as a manager?
