My Xfinity Internet bill went up by almost $50. Is there any new promotions I may sign up for to lower the cost of my bill?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_52dh1x, Hi there! Thanks for spending the time out of your day to visit XFINITY for help with that bill increase. As subscriber myself, I understand the importance of getting a new promotion to keep my costs down. You've come to the right place for help. For the easiest process on checking promotions, have you tried the self-service option on our website yet? This is great if you need to save time on seeing prices.

Here is a great link as a short cut to also check on what promotions are available at your location. Simply sign in and update your plan.
