My services are suspended for a past due balance during bankruptcy

My chapter 7 bankruptcy was discharged on 12/09 and my past due balance should have been included with that. My services have been disconnected and this is a violation of the automatic stay. I have contacted my attorney regarding this. I need my services restored now!

I see that you stated your past due balance should have been cleared but your service is still disconnected. We can definitely take a closer look at your account status and what needs to be done to restore your service. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
