My service is not restored after making payment arrangement!

I have been with you all for awhile now. My car just recently broke down , I’m financing it also and paying insurance on it. I am getting it fixed and I made a payment arrangement which is only 3 days away and my service is still not restored. I only have 63 dollars past due as of today . This is ridiculous. I can’t even get anyone on the phone ! Thank god my daughter is done with school for the summer or this would be a great inconvenience! I can’t reach an agent. I’m just so confused. It’s literally not even a lot of money that is due. Please just restore my service !

Hello @LB26, I replied to your comment on a different thread, but I'm posting here as well. =] Services usually re-activate shortly after a payment arrangement is set, unless the amount of the arrangement does not satisfy the full past due amount owed to the account or if a previous payment arrangement has been broken. If you need assistance with restoring services after setting up a payment arrangement, please send us a peer-to-peer chat so we may further assist.

To send a peer-to-peer chat:

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link: https://comca.st/2TsNRcq
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'
  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

We ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address alongside your inquiry so we can best assist.

*Update* literally I think it came on either as I was posting this or after ! Idk but it’s on literally at the same time of post ! Although now I’m thinking it should of stayed off for a little while because I’ve enjoyed my daughters actually paying me attention vs obsessing over Roblox and YouTube ! Lol. Xfinity y’all did something here 😏

What timing! Generally speaking, it can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes (if you do the arrangements through the automated system) for everything to process through -- agents can cancel the pending disconnect orders in real time, which is a bonus!

Awww, well if you really need to, you can always pause their devices if you're craving some extra time with the girls! xFi makes it easy if you're using one of our gateways -- https://comca.st/34vLIif

I'm guilty of pausing my nephews iPad when babysitting sometimes, haha. Though his mother loves the feature, especially since she can set a bedtime now.

I am having the same issue. I made a payment agreement for more than the past due balance for the date required to get service restored. It is still not restored and has been a couple of hours. I have tried the chat and they just ask that I make a payment.  Is there anything else I need to try?
