My refund debit card has expired and I had not been able to use it at all and would like a new card reissued, please.

My refund debit card has expired on 12/25 and I had not been able to use it at all.  Can I please have a new card issued with the refund balance?

I see this same response posted on a ton of similar questions but dont see the "pen & paper" icon you note.  Where is it?

It seems that you have to create some type of post before you will see the direct messaging icon.  I was not seeing it either until I created this post after which then it showed up for me and allowed be to do the direct messaging. On my screen to the far right I have the profile icon, to the left of it the Bell ( notification icon) and then just to the left of that is the direct messaging icon.  Originally I was only seeing the profile and the bell icon until after creating the forum post.
