My phone is off I was on payment plan

Not sure what is going on I paid my arrangement that was directly out of my account I called all day and yesterday confirming my payment arrangements to make sure my account was secure I have numerous emails stating the fact my Was shut off and shut back on then people lied to me and told me it was gonna be back on and then also went to the Xfinity Moble store and they couldn’t help me there. Then the technician on the phone at the time with the Xfinity store. told me she was gonna turn the people in at the Xfinity store because they cannot help me with this bill and after numerous people said that they shouldn’t have happened and five customer service people told me that people lied about everything so I’m not sure what is going on with this account. My phone was shut off back on today shut off back on 50 times back in a row back-and-forth with all these technicians that lied to me and told me my phone service is gonna be back up in 15 minutes. It never was some lady actually wanted me to put my IDM number in and I did that after it was shut off and she said my phone shouldn’t have been shut off and it was so I’m not sure what is going on. This was like totally insane today. I have everything in my phone all the emails all the times that I paid and made the payment arrangements today and I’m not sure what is going
