My payment history on your website seems completely wrong
Am paying mu Internet bill via my bank and have the proof that I paid correct amount $79) on the required day for last 12 month (indeed I paid the same way for last 6 years, but that is not relevant here).
Looking at the https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing page, I see

|Recent payments and credits||-$479.95|
This is completely meaningless and cannot be resolved by the https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/ tool.
How can I get in touch with the human with sufficient intelligence to help me resolve this situation?
