My only options and the worst option
Comcast will suck you dry. The customer service is horrible. A representative made me an account I didn’t even know about. I paid a bill then a month later I get letters from a collection agency about a bill that I pay. It’s all over my credit reports and Xfinity gone tell me to “just pay them.” Offered no fix for the problem they created.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
