My only options and the worst option

Comcast will suck you dry. The customer service is horrible. A representative made me an account I didn’t even know about. I paid a bill then a month later I get letters from a collection agency about a bill that I pay. It’s all over my credit reports and Xfinity gone tell me to “just pay them.” Offered no fix for the problem they created.

@XfinityRuben​ I how spoken to several of yall and all yall  are saying is “oh it’s our mistake but we can’t help you”
