My online payment method

I have been using the online payment method for years and now it's having issues. I have The Xfinity app and tried that way plus tried calling but says unavailable.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the online payment method. Have you tried to clear cookies and cache and used incognito mode?

Yes tried both I can get to my payment method page but once you try to go to pay earlier All it says ..  oops looks like something went wrong please reload
