My Now account that paused. Can not restart.

My Now account that is paused.  When I sign in it says you have an outstanding bill.  Unable to pay that bill.  Agent says Now no longer exists and that is why and offers a regular account at $40 /300mps.  Perfectly happy with $30/100mps that you advertise.  Try to sign up as new. Says there is already installation there.  Is this all a scheme to bait and switch or is there some way to get back to autopay?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_619maf We don't have access to NOW Internet accounts via Forums. You'll need to reach out to the Chat Xfinity Assistant by visiting this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/now.

@user_619maf It might help to try a different device or clear your cache and cookies before giving it another go. I just checked the link on my end and it opened without any issues, so hopefully one of those steps gets things working for you
