My Internet was shut off even though I paid my bill days ago
I woke up this morning to no internet service. Upon looking into it I found that Xfinity said that I didn't make my payment although I made it 3 days ago. My payments are drafted directly from my account. Now I'm having to investigate and not getting any help on getting my service reactivated or turn back on. When I try to use the chat service it was very useless and told me that I needed to talk to a live agent but there are no life agents available. This is extremely frustrating for a bill that has been paid and I should not be experiencing an interruption in service when there was no delay in my payment.
