where can i see the details of the bill, or why am i charged $24 more than the published price?

Hello, @avih234! Thank you for creating a post on our forums with your billing concerns and questions. I definitely know how important it is to understand your charges, and I'd be happy to help in any way that I can! The best way to see upcoming changes and reasons for those changes is to view the full statement. It sounds like you receive hard copies in the mail, which should have reflected upcoming changes (if applicable) in the months leading up to this increase. But, I'll provide steps for accessing the PDF copies online in case that helps (since you can go back and check several bills if necessary).
1. Log in to My Account
2. Select Account (purple profile icon in upper right)
3. Select Billing
4. Select Bill details
5. Select Current statement or Statement history
Since you've noticed an increase for the last couple of months, I recommend selecting "Statement history" so that you can review one of the lower bills. Once you're viewing the history list, selecting any of those statements should load the PDF version of the full statement. Page 3 is where your bill breakdown begins, and promotional discounts as well as upcoming changes are reflected by green font. Please let me know if this helps!
Then, if you discover that a promotion came to an end and caused that increase, I recommend shopping online to lower your bill! You may use our Plan Builder to make changes, shop Xfinity Deals online (just make sure to click "Sign in here" first), or simply log in to My Account and you can manage your services that way! We recommend starting online if possible since some promotions are exclusively offered online-only :) Otherwise, our team typically has access to the same options you see while logged in to your account. And keep in mind that you don't always need to make any "changes" other than selecting the same service(s) you already subscribe to, in order to see any applicable promotional rates being offered. You may just not see the total estimated monthly bill until you proceed to the order summary (before approving any changes and placing your order).
