@user_5ws4uw Our team is not able to process payments through our interactions and would need to use the main number to get that accomplished over the phone. 

 

You can utilize our other payment options such as with the Xfinity app, through the websites account management, the X1 cable box, or visiting one of our kiosks. 

 

All of our options for getting service restored if you're unable to pay the past-due balance can be found in our payment arrangement article and the installment plan article. Both of those options are specifically handled through the Xfinity Assistant so you'll want to pop into that system for those options. If you're not presented with either of those options within the XA, you'll need to pay the past-due balance to get service restored.
