My experience

My bill went from $50 to $136 got just Wi-Fi which is ridiculous. When I spoke with someone they offered me a $20 discount if I add phone service with Xfinity. Why the [Edited: "Language"] would I do that just so after a year, you guys can raise that bill. Absolutely canceling my service. So to anyone thinking about getting just Wi-Fi, be prepared to pay almost triple what you paid the first year. And they’ll offer you products in which you will have to eventually pay for….. so how is the beneficial?!

user_27sljw Thank so much for reaching out to us here today to let us know about issue you are experiencing with your bill. Most Xfinity promotions last either 12 or 24 months and when the promotional discount expires the price of services will roll to the everyday, non-discounted price. You should see a list of all discounts applied to your account as well as the date those discounts expire on page 3 of your billing statement. Xfinity customers are able to change their promotions at any time, if you notice your promotional discount is coming to an end you can reach out to a Xfinity representative or log into the Xfnity app to select a new promotion for your services.

There are no promotions.    All these companies want you to do is keep switching back from one to another after initial promotion ends.    Only new customers get the deal.   Existing customers that have been dedicated and always pay bill on time get no deals just the new customers
