my escalating monthly bill

My monthly Xfinity bill has increased from Dec 2024 at $303 to Jan 2024 at $315 to Feb 2025 at $343 (est.) and to approximately $350 by June. This is becoming quite unaffordable and would like to know what options might be available to reduce or at least mitigate these unacceptable charges. I have a “home land line phone” service which needs to be kept. Phone calls to Xfinity 1st level sales agents have been very unproductive. I would appreciate any input on this matter. Thanks

@JamesB43 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with options to lower your monthly bill. I am sorry to hear you haven't found any offers that better fit your budget. Have you by chance already checked out our repackage tool

@XfinityAmandaB

I have visited the repackage tool and it only shows options for reducing the bill by taking away services, I would really like to find someone who can authorize the continuation of my promotional discount that is ending this month!

JamesB43 Thank you for giving that a try! I'm happy to review over your account, and some options that may be a bit more budget friendly for the services you enjoy! When you get a moment, can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
