My Elderly Parents Are Being Overcharged Too

After reviewing my parents Xfinity bill  something was off. As a former Xfinity customer it looked extremely suspicious. They were told that their mobile service was free because they had cable, internet and a land line. They had never received a bill for their mobile service. Their Xfinity cable bill states that the $25 “access” fee would be waived since they have the other services. After a deep dive into an app that my no elderly parents do not use I found out that they my mother’s debit card has been charged every month without her knowledge. My parents, like so many have been taken advantage of financially simply because they are elderly and vulnerable. Thankfully there are laws against such disreputable practices. We are formally requesting a full refund of all charges that were not disclosed at the time of the agreement. Both of my parents were present. If two elderly people were in your store for over 3 hours with your sales people and neither of them were aware of the additional mobile charges- it was hidden or not explained on purpose. My parents are elderly but educated. We request that the alll of the unauthorized charges be refunded.
