My Bill

Hello,

My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"], and I have been using your internet service since 2025.

When I first signed up, my monthly bill was $45. After that, it increased to $71, which I have been paying. However, I recently received a bill for $131.

I would like to know why my monthly charge keeps increasing over time. Could you please provide a detailed explanation of what charges have been added or changed to make my bill increase to $131?

If this is a billing error, I would appreciate it if you could correct the bill and send me an updated statement.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
[Edited: "Personal Information"]

We would be happy to look over your Xfinity account with you and see if there are any ways to reduce your overall monthly costs.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example
