Hello, @user_nxrw4l

Your Xfinity bill provides a detailed overview of your charges, including billing dates, service periods, and any changes in services. It includes sections for previous balances, payments made, and the amount due. The bill also highlights any discounts and updates compared to earlier bills. You can view and pay your bill online by signing in to your account. If you need assistance, the bill contains contact information and options for help. For payments, ensure to include the payment stub if mailing a check or money order, payable to "Comcast" .

For more details and understanding your bill see: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-bill-design

Also, Have you tried viewing your bill in the Xfinity App. That's what I use to manage my account and quickly view my billing on my phone.

To view your bill in the Xfinity app, follow these steps:

  1. Download the Xfinity app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Sign in with your Primary or Manager's Xfinity ID and password.
  3. Tap the Account tab.
  4. Tap Bill details.
  5. Select All Statements to view and download PDF versions of your current and past billing statements.
  6. Tap the date for the statement you wish to view or download.

This allows you to access your billing information easily through the app.
