My bill

I would like to see a current breakdown of my bill.  I just received one and I paid it in full and this bill is not reflecting that.

Hi there! Thank you so much for taking a moment to reach out. That can certainly be frustrating when it is not reflecting. There may be a delay in updating online and the app if you have recently made that payment. Have you received your new statement and it does not reflect your most recent payment? This can also happen when a change or payment is made too close to the 'printing' date of the statement and will be reflected on the next.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
