user_n0ryw3 thank you for using the Community Forums page to reach out today. I would be more than happy to assist you with understanding changes in your billing amount. If you grab two different versions of the PDF version of the bill this might help to point out exactly which charges are different to pinpoint the root cause of the increase.

Do you look at your billing statements to see why you're getting the extra charges?  Are you going over the 1.2TB limit on your internet plan?  If so, you'd be paying $10 for every 50GB you go over the 1.2TB limit.
