I just received an email saying my bill is going electronic in February. I DO NOT want my bill changed to paperless !!!!! How do I ensure it remains as is ?

Hi @LesHolm! Thank you for reaching out to us to share your feedback. I understand your concerns. We will send you additional reminders as we get closer to Feb. 15, 2021, so that you stay informed about this change. If you’d still like to go back to a paper bill in February, you can easily change your preferences using My Account or on your X1 device. After the change takes effect, you can opt-out here.

This is ridiculous !! I shouldn't have to "Go Back" getting a paper bill in the mail !!!! I don't want this change and unless I request the change it shouldn'tbe made on MY ACCOUNT !

That is understandable and we do appreciate your feedback. Once you go back to paper billing, it's not something you should run into again.

I won't be paying ANY Comcast bill on-line. Consequently, If you do switch me without my consent I won't pay the bill until I receive a paper bill.

We don't mean to cause any confusion or frustration on your end, but our system is set up to enroll all account into paperless billing in February. If you do not want paperless billing you will have to opt-in and then you'll receive a paper bill.

After February 15th you can switch it back to paper billing in My Account.
Just an FYI, if you don't pay your bill you'll rack up late fees and eventually the bill will be sent to collections. Once it's there, it dings your credit report.

If you don't mean to "cause any confusion or frustration", then don't force this change on your customers. The fact that the company is proceeding with this shows that it does not care if it causes "any confusion or frustration".
Is Comcast going to notify all customers of this change, or will it just be sprung as a surprise? The level of greed that drives this company is just astonishing.

Comcast could care less what "We Want" !!! I just got my PAPER BILL for January and read all the fee's that are increasing also in February ! My bill will be going up over $30 in numerous fee increases !!!!!
Time to start looking elsewhere for services !
