My bill went up again

You would think with the pandemic Comcast would continue the same price as what you have been paying.   $35 dollars more per month is really hard for someone who is not working.  With all the uncertainty and added stress all of us are in, it would be nice to get the same services for the same price.  If someone can help me, I would love to stay.  but if not, my only option might be to go Verizon

Hello galerie. Thanks for visiting and posting on our Forum. Sudden increases in fees are usually at the end of a promotional/ discount period. Discounted pricing only lasts for a limited period and does eventually shift to Everyday Price. I can assist with reviewing your account for available lower cost options. So that I can assist you, please send me a private message and include your full name and service address. You can click my name (ComcastJoeTru) to view my profile and send me a private message. Click "Send a private message" and private message me.

@ComcastJoeTru   "usually due to promotion/discount ending"  What are examples of the so-called Unusual circumstances that so many thousands of customers get surprised by. My bill went up at end of promotion and then again the following month.
