My bill went from $50 to $111 without any notice
I pay $50 per month for a plan through Xfinity that is not on a contract. I got my bill this month and it had jumped to $111.00--over a 100% price jump.
I check my email, my junk folder, and I'm very diligent about checking my physical mail. I was not notified about this price increase. I very much am not interested in paying it, and would prefer to go back to the $50 no-contract plan.
I am, in part, making this post because I am unable to direct message support until I have made my first post. If things can be resolved through here, all the better.

Thanks again, @user_231fc0, for creating a post with your billing and promotion concerns. I'm so glad we were able to find a new deal that suits your household needs (speed and cost wise!) Remember, full PDF versions of your billing statements are available when you sign in to My Account, and we now advise of billing changes as far in advance as possible on those bills (typically page 3).
Also, if you ever decide to make any changes, you can always visit our Plan Builder, view Xfinity Deals online, or sign in to My Account to make those changes without having to reach out here. Hello, user_231fc0! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! We know it can be frustrating when the bill is on the rise! From what you have described it sounds like the promotion you were on has rolled off the account due to expiring 1 or 2 years depending on what you signed up for. We can certainly have a look into the account and see if there are any new promotions. Could you kindly click on the Direct Message icon located at the top right corner of the page? Then, click on the pen and pad icon, and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat. Please provide us with your first and last name, along with your full address, so that we can offer you further assistance.
