My bill went from $45 to $75 as promotion ended. Then my bill went from $75 to $123. I need a bill closer to $75 a month. How?!

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@waterbob88 Sounds like you are on the everyday price currently. You can either sign in on the website at https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder to view all available deals to your account, or we would be happy to look into plans for you. If you'd like us to do it you can send us a direct message with your full name and service address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

@XfinityMatthew  Is there a phone number I can call to talk with an agent about options. Are they going to tell me the same stuff I see on the website about available plans or are there specials that might be available in my area?

btw, talking with you here seems to be more effective than Xfinity Assistant.  :-)
