My bill was $116 -- it's normally $54

Hi,

My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I have Xfinity for my internet. I was charged $116 (and I accidentally paid it), and I want to know why my bill was so high. Typically, it's $54 -- what happened?

Thanks for your time and your work on this.

Thank you @EG!
user_b3lvnc Thank you for reaching out about your billing concern. This can happen when an promotion has expired. Let's take a look at your billing and see what new promotions are available, if the expired promotion is the case. Any changes you make today will be prorated depending on your billing cycle. Any overpayment on the account can be left there as a credit for your next statement or once the overpayment posts we can request a refund.
