My bill unexpectedly went up 50% this month

Our bill went from $60/month to $63/month in January 2025. And then this month April 2025, it went up again to $90. Who do I have to speak with to get a better deal? 

And an unrelated question. Why is there a dropdown called Topic that only has two selections—"Your Home Network" and "Email"? My post is about Internet service billing.
