My bill price is expensive since the 2 year contract is over, and not available any more

My bill is getting too expensive and I'd like to be able to direct message an agent to negotiate my bill price.  The website is perpetually broken ( yes, tried incognito mode, different browsers etc) - fails with the useless message 

"Your order deserves a little more attention.

Unfortunately, we're unable to complete your request online, but our knowledgeable representatives are available to help you right now.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
