My bill name does not match my full legal name.

My Xfinity bill does not match my full legal name shown on my passport. I had set my preferred name in my account to my full name but my bill keeps reflecting my first name and last name and my legal full name has two last names and I need it to be corrected for Driver License purposes. What can I do?
