MY BILL, MY LOUSY SERVICE, REPAIRS NEVER MADE, NO HUMANS AVAILABLE
I have been a loyal Xfinity customer for a very long time and it has gotten me nowhere. I had begged you people to help me with service problems. You have sent out multiple techs, not one of which had been able to solve what I thought were small issues. It is impossible to speak with an American agent. It is impossible to get help if your bill is not paid. I cancelled my service months ago, disconnected my devices and I'm still getting billed. I have had mysterious "services" added to my bill without explanation. You are now expecting me to pay $1200, which I will not. Your service used to be good, now it stinks and there is no end in sight. My service had randomly and routinely stopped working, which robbed me of having TV on Thanksgiving when I had a house full of guests. It never ends. I will be using another provider in the near future. And I will not pay this bill. Please help me with this.
