My bill keeps going up. I'd like to get cheaper service. Can I chat or call someone to make this happen?

My bill keeps creeping up, as tends to happen with all these companies.  I've gone from $35 a month for internet to $66 a month and I'm not happy.  I want to get that bill back down to around $40/month (and keep it there would be nice).  Unfortunately, there is no way to downgrade or change your service to a cheaper plan online.  You can only upgrade and spend more money.  How can I chat with someone or what number do I call so I can get my internet service changed back to a cheaper monthly plan?

Wolf_Grl Thanks for reaching out to us today for help with new offers. I would be happy to review what offers I can provide you today to help get the billing back down.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
