My bill just went up 20$ with no notice, and i haven’t even had it for a full year

I’ve only had Xfinity since November and i went on my app because I thought my internet went out and I was just checking because it’s been happening a lot recently in my area (FOR NO REASON). My bill increased by 20$. I wasn’t sent a email or notification In my app. I’m a single mom who works from home so internet is important to me I was paying 55$ a month and now I’m suppose to pay 75$ without even a warning letter/or any type of notification and to take matters in I keep being placed on hold or agents will flat out hang up on me. It’s happened 3 times now. It’s no longer business hours but if this happens again tomorrow I will be going into the store and making a whole complain over this.
