MY BILL IS WRONG EVERY MONTH!!!!

My bill needs to be fixed NOW!!!!! Every month I’m told it’s fixed and every time I get charged even more!!!!! Equipment fees for equipment I don’t have, late fees when I have autopay set up…. My monthly charges should be $10 but the bill I get every month is $81+!!!!!! If this isn’t fixed, I’ll pay more with Verizon just to not have to do this anymore!!!!!!
