My bill is paid but the automatic took another Payment

So I made my payment Already to pay my bill earlier but since I have an automatic payment there is another Bill pending. So I wanna know if the other payment won’t be taken cuz my bill is paid already.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

I talk to a representative and didn’t help at all. They said there’s nothing they can’t do and if they do charge me double they will put it for the next bill but I need the finances I don’t want to pay double. I pay my bill when I’m ready.

@user_ziqv1m there is a chance autopay will pull the funds that is listed on your billing statement on the due date. You can remove AutoPay if you do not want to have the feature on the account. I enjoy having AutoPay enabled so it helps me with one less worry each month because I do not get any additional fees such as late fees, reactivation fees and guarantee to prevent services being disconnected due to non-payment. You remove autopay by following this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments. I would suggest setting up text notifications to make sure you never miss a payment here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-text-alerts and you would also get updates on upcoming payments and when a payment posts to the account!

I was notified on computer that my bill was not paid, it has always been taken out on auto every month. Don't know what's going on and don't want to be scamed .
