My bill is OUT OF CONTROL HIGH!!!

My Xfinity bill is crazy expensive I’m paying $500 for cable Internet and a telephone that I don’t ever use. I’ve got Xfinity mobile to try and help bring my price down and there are so many other providers who can beat this price I feel I have no alternative, but to get rid of all of your services if Xfinity cannot help me in any possible way relive paycheck to paycheck and I am on automatic bill pay and when I noticed what Xfinity is taking out of my account every month, I almost passed out. It also says that I’m a month behind in my payments? How is this even possible when I have automatic bill pay somebody needs to explain a few things to me or I’m going to throw away every service that I get from you, I will never ever recommend your company and I will have nothing to do with Xfinity ever again in the future!!!!!!

I forgot to mention on top of the $500 I pay a month for cable in Internet and a telephone I don’t use I’m paying $100 for your wireless mobile service that makes $600 a month
