My bill is like a car payment at this point

My bill has increased in cost so much that I don't find it feasible to stay with Xfinity at this point. Maybe overages but I need help asap.

@user_wdry7x Oh, this is for the available promotions to lower costs. It's not an advertisement page, it'll allow customers to sign in and review the promotions directly. We can also review them together as I mentioned. Did you need to check for overages on the account instead?

I apologize. Yes, my bill is exceptionally high and I don't understand why other than overages. I also spoke to an agent via chat last night who assured me he would take care of the issues and today my services are still suspended.
