My bill increase over night from $75 to $139 for very small apartment
My bill has been $75/month for the past three years and just jumped to $139... nearly double, with no change to my service. I'm assuming my promotional rate expired.
I've been a reliable customer for three years and would like to stay, but $139 isn't sustainable for me. What current promotions or loyalty pricing can be applied to my account? I'm happy to look at a different speed tier if that's what it takes to get back near my previous rate.
If there's nothing available, could someone point me to the retention team?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thanks for posting here on our community forum, and thank you for being a loyal part of the Xfinity family for the past three years @user_4ke71y. I get how unexpected it is to see a bill change from $75 to $139.
If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into your available offers.
To send a Direct Message:
Ensure you are logged in
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
You can see how to send a direct message here, Direct Message Within The Forum.
