My bill has doubled in the past 12 months

My bill has doubled in the past 12 months. I have been given no notice of service charge increases but am left paying double what I signed up for only 12 months later. It is impossible to speak to a live agent to discuss and I am feeling like I am being taken advantage of.

Any changes to your bill will be found in your billing statement.  Do you read those, or just look to see how much you have to pay?  At any rate it sounds as though a promotion that you had fell off and you're now being billed the every day price for your services.

I do and the price for every service I have purchased has increased. No promotions were visible on previous bills so was surprised to see an increase. Exploring other internet options now.

Hi Thomas - I reached out directly to Xfinity support on the phone and was attempting to get past the bot for 20 minutes to a human before giving up. I then messaged Xfinity directly here seeing as it was recommended for other users and was met with a rude response about violating guidelines. All I want to do is speak to a human about my bill. I am getting to the point where if I can't get this resolved I will just switch to someone else and is not worth the hassle and this is 2x greater than competitors in the area. Please let me know how I can speak to someone.
