My bill doubled

my bill went from $50 a month $101 a month. What’s this $25 fee for xFi Complete.  I never ordered that.

@XfinityChristy​ I sent a DM to you as per the instructions you sent me. I’m very disappointed that I’m being charged for something I didn’t order nor do I need. I have my own WiFi system.  Plus I’d like to have back that $50 rate as I’m on a fixed income
