My Acp credit isn’t applied toward my bill

I was approved for the apc credit last month and told I got a credit toward my account. This month I have a bill. Why?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I m also having the same issue I got it the first month and not this month and I have talked to 4 people in xfinitys customer service and not one person has fixed the issue. The last customer service rep said it’s because the government has not released funds to them which I do not believe because the government is normally on time with these kind of things. I am really upset over this because a $87 bill I cannot afford! So angry!
